A Little Retro, really STICKS!
The YMCA logo is more than a logo. It represents community, belonging, connection, and generations of people who make each Y special.
So when we got the call about the YMCA’s 175th Anniversary, we knew we couldn’t just make any patch. We had to bring the retro Y logos back in a way that felt fun, fresh, and totally worth showing off.
And honestly? We think we nailed it.
These patches are a little throwback, a little playful, and a whole lot of Y pride.

Stick one on a backpack headed to camp. Press one on your laptop. Add one to a favorite water bottle. Toss one into a new-member welcome gift. Hand them out to volunteers, staff, families, or campers at your next event.
They’re small, but they can turn an everyday item into something that feels a little more personal, and a lot more Y.
Soooo How Easy is it? Peel. Stick. Seal. Repeat.
We said easy, and we meant easy.
1. PEEL
Peel off the paper liner to expose the adhesive backing.
2. STICK
Press the patch firmly onto your item, paying special attention to the edges. Pressure is key to creating a strong hold. A spoon can even help you get a nice, firm press around the entire patch.
3. SEAL
Heat the front of the patch, especially around the edges, with a blow dryer. You can also place the item in the dryer on low heat for 15 minutes.
Then let your patch set. Wait 72 hours before machine washing.
That’s it. Seriously. We told you these were easy.
