Why is there a minimum charge?

Each order goes through several steps including processing, pulling, packaging, and quality checking. The minimum charge helps offset rising material and labor costs. We encourage customers to browse our site and add items to exceed the $25 minimum and avoid the fee.

Credit card payments are processed automatically at the time of purchase. For purchase order (PO) payments, an invoice will be issued.

Your payment will appear on your credit card statement as two separate charges from Sports Awards — one for the product total, and one for shipping.

Orders shipped to Illinois are subject to sales tax.

Tax-exempt organizations must submit a valid Illinois Department of Revenue exemption letter (E-number) to have tax removed from the invoice.
